The purpose of the Planning Resource Auction (PRA) is to ensure MISO has sufficient Planning Resources in each Local Resource Zone (LRZ) and calculate Auction Clearing Prices (ACP) for each LRZ while respecting sub-regional constraints and transmission limitations.
